Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only offer shipping to mainland UK.


Can I change my delivery address?

Once the order has been processed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.


Can I change/cancel my order?

Should you wish to change (not including delivery address) or cancel your order, please ensure you contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@litlninjafightgear.com and we will do our best to help. Please be advised that we are unable to action any change/cancellation requests received after 3pm on the day of the order being placed.


Out of stock items

Should the item you placed your order for become out of stock as the order is finalised, we may need to cancel the order. Should this happen, we will contact you and refund any payments made to the original payment method. See our refund section for more information.


When will I receive my order?

I have placed a pre-order. When should I expect to receive my items?

Shipping for pre-order items are dependent on when we receive the shipment from our supplier. Usually we expect items to ship to you within 6 weeks of the order being placed on our website.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation via email once it has been accepted. If you do not receive this, please check your junk folder. For any queries, please contact customerservice@litlninjafightgear.com


Will I receive a tracking number once my order has been dispatched?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to track your package on the Royal Mail website at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/


I haven’t received my delivery?

If you haven’t received your delivery within the expected timescale, please contact us on customerservice@litlninjafightgear.com

Please take care when entering your details when placing an order as we cannot accept liability for non-delivery of items as a result of incorrect information entered by yourself.

SHIPPING

We currently only offer shipping to mainland UK.


Orders that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of ordering (Monday – Friday). Any orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday.


Shipping for pre-order items are dependent on when we receive the shipment from our supplier. Usually we expect items to ship to you within 6 weeks of the order being placed on our website.

Tracking Your Order


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Royal Mail.

**Business days are classed as Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and we do not refund the original shipping cost. We recommend keeping your proof postage until your refund has been processed.


Refunds

Please ensure you include the return section of your invoice within your package. Once your return has been received you will be notified. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process a refund. Remember that it may take a little longer to receive your refund, depending on your bank processing times. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in a re-saleable condition. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, you may be refused a refund and the item will be sent back to you.


Exchanges

For exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the item you wish to receive and then return the unwanted item as in the above refund section.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of mouth guards. 

 

Damaged/incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order so we can make it right.
